Terms and Conditions
1.- Acceptance and availability of the General Conditions of Contracting
By means of the acceptance of the present contract, you declare:
1. that you are and adult and with capacity to sign a contract.
2. that you have read and you accept the present General Conditions.
The general conditions of sale described subsequently (from now on General Conditions), govern exclusively the contractual relations among every user (called in future "User" or "You") of the web pages boutiquedeliberico.es, laboutiquedeliberico.com and laboutiquedeliberico. es (called in future "Portal") and the selling one “La Boutique del Ibérico” , registered trademark of “Aceites y Cereales de Extremadura S.L.” with C. I. F. B-06377121 and head office in c/ San José nº 8 of Los Santos de Maimona, 06230, (Badajoz), recorded in the business Register: Registro Mercantil de Badajoz, tomo 256, libro 0, folio 171, sección 8, hoja BA-12927.
These general conditions of sale are the unique applicable and they replace any another general condition, except in case of prior, clearly and written annulment . “La Boutique del Ibérico” occasionally can modify the articles of the General Conditions, for which is advisable that these to be read in each visit of the web laboutiquedeliberico. es. These modifications are attributable from their publication on the Internet and they will not be applied to the contracts concluded previously. Each purchase in the web page is governed for the applicable general conditions in the date of the order. We consider that once you have done an order, there will be accepted without reserves our General Conditions of sale after having them read.
Once you are in the Portal, you compromise to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use that appear in the same one.
2.- Applicable Norms
The present General Conditions are subject according to the Law 7/1988 of 13 of April, on General Conditions of Contracting, to the Law 26/1984, of 19 of July, General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, to the Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, by which the Telephonic or Electronic Hiring is regulated with General Conditions , the organic law 15/1999, of 13 of December, of protection of personal information, the Law 7/1996, of 15 of January of”Ordenación del Comercio Minorista”(A plan to put in order the retail trade), and to the Law 34/2002 of 11 of July, of Services of the Society of the Information and of Electronic Commerce.
3. Prices
The sale prices indicated in the Portal are shown in euro. The VAT is included in these prices, but not the charge for post and packing. The charge for post and packing has to be paid by the User and it will be added to the total value of the products selected once carried out the order.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment. Nevertheless, we compromise to apply the rates indicated in the Portal at the moment of the execution of your order.
4. Availability
It must be born in mind that the orders will be sent according to the available stock. If one of the articles being ordered is out of stock, we compromise to send you an e-mail within 5 days (from the date in which the order was carried out) to communicate you the time limit in which we will be able to send you your product (s).
If some of the products of your order was not available, we compromise to send you the available products and to give you the charge for post and packing of the remainder of your purchase. In case of refusal, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the total of your purchase by means of bank transfer.
5. Shipping and delivery time
All the products are sent by means of Nacex, Tourline Express or another courier service. If you do your order before the 13:00h, your order will be attended the same day, whenever the product appear like available in the Portal. The charge for post and packing will depend on the total weight of the articles of your purchase and of the destiny of the same.
The delivery time is 24-48 hours for Spain peninsular and Balearic islands. For international (European Union) destinies the delivery time is 4-6 days.
In case you were not receiving a package in the stated term, an investigation will be carried out along with the transporter that might last several days (the approximate term is fourteen (14) working days). During this period, it will not be possible to send again the order or to refund the amount of the order.
We advise you that on having received your package verify that it agrees with your order and that it is in perfect state. If you disagree according to the articles delivered, sign and indicate by hand, in the delivery note , the anomalies that were found when you received the delivery.
Without detriment to the legal applicable guarantees, we remind you that you have to inform us about this return by e-mail in the following direction: contacto@boutiquedeliberico.es, the same day or a working day after the reception of the order.
The returned products will only be accepted in its original state, that is to say, in its packing, and without being altered its original form, with its accessories and manuals of instructions if they had.
In case of convincing nonconformity ,another product of similar characteristics will be sent to the User as soon as possible.
We inform you that it is possible a delay of the delivery in 24 hours. For safety reasons, “La Boutique del Ibérico” verifies all the orders paid with bank card.
In this case, you will be asked or demanded complementary information to accept your buy.
Consequently, and to avoid delays with delivery,on making your order we ask you to indicate : -A private email address (AOL, WANADOO, TELEPHONE, TISCALI. ..) or professional. -Your telephone number (place of work or residence) in which we will be able to put in contact with you at any moment.
Also, for any order which amount is superior to a scale fixed by “La Boutique del Ibérico”, you will be asked for a document of identity and a voucher of home adress that it has to be sent by fax or by email.
We apologize for the inconveniences caused by this procedure. These safety measurements are a way to protect the clients of “La Boutique del Ibérico” against possible bank frauds.
6. Refund
If some product is not in the hygienic - sanitary necessary conditions to be consumed(being a risk for the health), the return will be admitted, whenever you communicate it to us in the 7 days following the reception. The seller (“Aceites y Cereales de Extremadura S.L.”) will pay all the expenses .
There will not be any other motive for a product to be returned, specially if some ham has too much bacon or fat or is drier than usual .This will not be a motive of claim for the return of the product because these are apreciations of the client.
To request a return has to be done by means of the form that it is in section "buy" in the heading " My Account " selecting the order where it is the product or products to be returned, and using the option "Return requests”
All the returns will have to be accompanied of the corresponding sheet of return. On having completed the form of return and having been the return APPROVED, you will have to print the " Sheet of Return " to send it along with the product or products to be returned.
Revocation law. Satisfied or refunded
According to the Law 47/2002 of ” Ordenación del Comercio Minorista” (a plan to put in order the Retail Commerce) the User has seven (7) working days from the day of reception of the order to return us a product with the one he/she is not satisfied. In this term, he/she will have to return us the above mentioned product (He/She will have to pay the charge for post and packing) along with the invoice, and the sheet of return filled and signed.
It must be received in the corresponding address in the 7 days following the acceptance of the return. If it is not received in this term, the return will not be accepted.
We request you to return the goods to us by registered post or with an assurance that you have to establish with the transport company for the value of the product. This assurance will be necessary in case of spoliation or loss of the goods by the transport company. In any case, the possible expenses of the return are chargeable to the consumer.
According to the right of return there will only be accepted the products that are sent in its original packing, in new and complete condition, and accompanied of the sheet of return. There will not be accepted articles that are incomplete , badly packing or dirty (caused by the client).
In case of refund:
- If the product is returned in seven days (the stamp of post office will attest it) from the delivery in your address, “La Boutique del Ibérico” will refund by means of bank transfer the amount of this product. After checking the returned products (realizing they are in the right condition), “La Boutique del Ibérico” will try to repay the user as soon as possible.

You do not forget to indicate the number of order in the concept of the bank transfer!!
The bank account will appear in the section of confirmation of the order and it will be sent to you by e-mail so you can make the deposit for the corresponding amount. As soon as you have deposited the amount, we will carry out your order.
You have to bear in mind that in some cases it takes up to 48 hours (working days) for the transfer becomes effective once you have deposited the money. You also have to remember that you can do the follow-up of the order at any time, go to the section”Track my Orders(s)” in the heading ”My account” (it´s on the right of the home page).
The order does not become effective until you enter the section “Place order” on the page of confirmation of the order, which is the last one of the sequence of pages of the process of the order.
- Credit card
There are accepted cards Visa and Mastercard with sure code (Securecode and 3DSecure).
All the information of the cards are processed in the secure server of the bank.
- Paypal
This method of payment has a surcharge of 3 % on the total amount of the purchase.

- Rewards Points:
An user who does a purchase, will receive 2 % of the total cost of the order in points of remuneration. These points can be used to pay products , bearing in mind the points needed for a certain order.
In case you don´t have enough points to pay the total cost of the order ,the points that you have in the moment of the order will make you obtain discounts in the price of the products to be acquired (100 points equals 1 euro).
The points of remuneration that are granted to the User will never be exchanged for money
If you want to return a product acquired with points you will never obtain the money back. The User will change that product into one of similar characteristics. The seller (La Boutique del Ibérico) will have to pay the charge for post and packing in case the product is not in the ideal conditions. The term for return a product is seven(7) working days according to the Law 47/2002 of ” Ordenación del Comercio Minorista” (a plan to put in order the Retail Commerce)
If the user, according to the Law 47/2002 of ” Ordenación del Comercio Minorista” (a plan to put in order the Retail Commerce), wants to return a product paid in a mixed way( with money and points)will only receive the money the user paid.(There will also be seven(7)working days to return the product).
The only valid invoices are those that are sent along with the order in print format.Those that are sent by e-mail or that can be seen on the “web page” are merely informative, so that the User knows the condition of the order and other details at all times.
8. Litigations and responsibilities
“La Boutique del Ibérico” is not responsible for not execution of the present conditions in case of force majeure, of mistake of the client or unforeseen circumstances due to an unauthorized person to the contract.
The purchases carried out in “La Boutique del Ibérico” (Aceites y Cereales de Extremadura S.L.) are under Spanish current legislation and its corresponding laws.
“Aceites y Cereales de Extremadura S.L.” owner of “ boutiquedeliberico.es “ and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction ,submit themselves to the jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of Zafra (Spain) for any matter derived from the present contract.
In the case the user´s residence is outside Spain , “Aceites y Cereales de Extremadura S.L.” owner of “ boutiquedeliberico.es “ and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction ,submit themselves to the jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of Zafra (Spain) for any matter derived from the present contract.
The declaration of nullity of one or more of the conditions of purchase established, not the main ones, will not entail the nullity of the agreement of purchase that will continue in force.
