1) Where can the products be sent?

The products can be sent to any place of the European Union. The company of transport Nacex will deliver your order by hand to business and home address.

2) What Will It Cost To Ship My Package?

The charge for post and packing is calculated automatically on having selected the destiny in the shopping cart.
The charge for post and packing can be seen on this table (approximate price) according to these destinies:

3) How long does it take the delivery?

24-48 hours for Spain peninsular, Portugal and Balearic islands.
For other European destinies the delivery time is 4-6 days.

4) Is it included the VAT in the final price?

Yes, the VAT is included in the final price of the products that are shown on the web page.

5) Can I return a product?

The User has seven (7) working days from the day of reception of the order to return us a product with the one he/she is not satisfied. The User will have to pay the charge for post and packing.
There will only be accepted the products that are sent in its original packing, and in perfect conditions.
After checking the returned products (realizing they are in the right condition) we will refund the amount of the returned product by means of bank transfer.

6) Are the products under guarantee?

All products have been checked before carrying out the order but If some product is not in the hygienic-sanitary necessary conditions to be consumed (being a risk for the health), the return will be admitted, whenever you communicate it to us in the 7 days following the reception. The seller (“Aceites y Cereales de Extremadura”) will pay all the expenses .
There will not be any other motive for a product to be returned, specially if some ham has too much bacon or fat or is drier than usual. This will not be a motive of claim for the return of the product because these are appreciations of the client.

7) How can I return a product?

To request a return you have to fill in a form that it is in section "Orders" in the heading "My Account" selecting the order where it is the product or products to be returned, and using the option “Registration of the return"
All the returns will have to be accompanied of the corresponding sheet of return. On having completed the form of return and having been the return APPROVED, you will have to print the "Sheet of Return (Print Slip)" to send it along with the product or products to be returned.
There will only be accepted the products that are sent in its original packing, in new and complete condition, and accompanied of the sheet of return. There will not be accepted articles that are incomplete, badly packing or dirty (caused by the client).

9) White crystals? The tiroxina

In big hams of “reserva” (a kind of grade A ham) there can be a few white tiny spots. In spite of what it is believed by non usual consumers they are not harmful. They are just crystals of tiroxina produced by a degradation of the proteins; a positive feature that denotes the high quality of the ham.

10) The weight of products

As they are hand made products, the weight of each article is approximated, so they can oscillate (up or down) between a 2% - 3%.

11) Reward Points

An user who does a purchase, will receive 2 % of the total cost of the order in points of remuneration. These points can be used to pay products, or for obtaining discounts.
100 points equals 1 euro.

12) Subscriptions

The subscriptions are useful to keep you informed about new promotions or new products (this information will be sent to you by e-mail).
Periodically there will be new, special and additional offers that complement each other with the reward points, so you can obtain important discounts.
You can cancel this service and stop receiving our e-mails at any time. You definitely have to register in our subscription service (“Site news”) if you want to obtain discounts and additional benefits.

13) What is “Live help”?

You can communicate, at the moment and live, with our customer service center using “Live help” (It´s on the left of the home page)
This service is on when the image appears in colour. If the image appears in black and white we are not available at that moment.
In this case you can leave us a message that it will be answered as soon as possible.

14) Several profiles

You can have several profiles with different addresses. This way your orders can be sent to these different addresses
On having registered in our web the main profile is created. Then, you can create as many profiles as you want and modifying the information of the existing ones in the section “Profile details” in the heading “My account”
